Cottage Rates & Information

Our Spruce Cottage is a very spacious, all wood decor, three bedroom 1 1/2 bath,  private lakeside cottage retreat.  The cottage sleeps up to 6 adults very comfortably.

The cottage is fully equipped for immediate occupancy and use, having all the amenities and much more at your disposal.  Towels and linen are provided. 

The kitchen is very spacious with island counter and open to the dining,  living area and access door to large outside deck over looking beautiful Bertrand Lake.  All kitchen utensils are provided including microwave and automatic dishwasher.  A washing machine and clothes dryer is also available to our guests.

 Spruce Cottage rests quietly on a seclude bay of Bertrand Lake in Marquette County and Gwinn Michigan.   Paddle boat and canoe are available for guest use.  The property also has a separate Sauna building, fire-pit, barbeque and picnic table.  There is no public access to the lake.   Our Spruce Cottage has all of the perfect ingredients for a great vacation lodging experience. 

Rates:
• One couple or 2 people:  $145.00 per night or $1000.00 per week.
• Two couples or 4 people:  $150.00 per night or $1050.00 per week.
• Three couples or 6 people:  $155.00 per night or $1085.00 per week.
• Two night minimum.  (Three nights on holidays September 1 - May 31st.
• One week minimum June 1st to August 31st
• Children under 12 are free.
• A refundable $100.00 damage security deposit is added to rates above.

 Reservations/Cancellations:
A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure a  cottage reservation. The deposit/payment must be received within seven business days of placing your reservation.  Reservations are not confirmed until a deposit is received. The 50% balance is due 30 days prior to your check in date.  A 25% rebooking fee is charged for all cancellations  29 days or less, prior to arrival.  Or you may use your deposit towards another future date.  There is no refund for early departures.

Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 PM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM

Policies:
• Smoking is prohibited in cottage.
• Pets are not allowed.
• You must bring your own beach towels
